Available Session Times

We are available for photo shoots on most weekday nights, weekends, and on select weekdays for daytime shoots. Unusual times can be arranged with advance notice. To check our availability, contact us. Generally speaking, we schedule shoots 1-2 weeks in advance, and it may take another 2-3 weeks after the session to finish the entire order. We can sometimes schedule rush work, as well. If this will be a present, plan ahead!

Packages in Detail

Coppertone Studios now offers four great packages to better fit your photography needs.

Gold Package

Let us turn your photographs into art with the Gold Package. We will add our digital darkroom magic to at least five of your photos per hour of shooting. By choosing this package you will also receive a disk (CD or DVD) containing all of your digital negatives! Let us use our extensive experience to create the image of yourself you've always wanted.

Silver Package

Have a graphic artist in your household? Simply looking for an extra hand to frame and take your photos? Do you have a grand plan for your photos that only you can accomplish? Then the Silver Package might be perfect for your needs. With the Silver Package we let you do your own cropping and post-processing. You will still have the choice of shooting in our studios, with your choice of scenes and backdrops or at a location of your choice. Let us bring the lighting and the photographic expertise. You do the rest! You receive a CD or DVD with the negatives so you can let your imagination run wild!

Basic Package

The Basic Package is perfect for when you just need a few pictures for a specialized purpose. Do you need headshots? Placing on online personal? Want to remember a makeover? The right image makes a big impression, and can be the difference between success and failure. Let us help you create yours. With this package, you only pay for the photos you like best! Choose as many (or as few) as you like!

With this package, you get a half-hour sitting, and you can buy as many photos as you like. Perfect for:

headshots
online personals
alternative and adult personals
escorts and dancers

If you would like a disc containing all of your negatives, you can upgrade to the Silver or Gold packages. Plus, if you choose to pick up your pictures electronically (online or by email), there's no sales tax. Ask about our bulk discounts available for large groups.

Full Day Package

We are also available for full-day packages and distance packages. Have our services available for up to 6 hours for your private function or full day shoot. We will use our Digital Darkroom service on up to 20 session photos. We will travel within 150 miles of Minneapolis (or farther at cost), and are happy to work out a custom package to meet your needs. Prints

Have your photos printed on high-quality photographic paper. Choose any combination of sizes... we charge by the sheets, so if it fits onto an 8x10, it's the same price!

$10/ 8 x 10 sheet, larger sizes negotiable.

Web Hosting

Would you like to share photos from your session without the hassle of emailing or burning cd's? Why not let us create a private web page especially for you? Only people to whom you give the website address and the password (if you want a secure site) will be allowed to enter. This is a secure, fast, and convenient way to share your pictures with a loved one far away or anyone that needs to see them.See a sample gallery here.

Additional Notes:

There is an additional 7% sales tax (6.5% Minnesota and 0.5% Hennepin county) on all items.
There is a two hour minimum on all on-location sessions outside our Studio.
We reserve the right to changes on estimates based on project changes.
All cancellations must be 48 hours in advance or there will be a $25 rescheduling charge.

Included in the session fee, you will receive the following:

1 Picture CD with custom browser based navigation (except basic package). This CD will contain all pictures from you session in high-resolution and low-resolution formats.
